The tension
One client team could not run on four disconnected AI experiments.
Type B Digital brings engineering, design and advisory perspectives to the same client problems. Separate AI habits in each discipline would only add hand-offs and inconsistency.
They needed a modern stack the whole team could understand, plus patterns that made it useful beyond a facilitated workshop.
The intervention
Adopt the stack by building across disciplines.
A live cohort brought the mixed team together around Claude, n8n and Lovable. Each tool had a role, but the focus stayed on the workflow between them.
Participants built shared automation patterns and applied them to the kinds of work they deliver for clients, learning how engineering, design and advisory contributions could compound rather than fragment.
The change
A common stack—and the confidence to keep going.
The team left with shared workflows instead of isolated tool knowledge.
More importantly, the cohort was designed for independence: a foundation the team could keep adapting as client needs and the tools evolved.
