Does this tell me my chances of getting hired at Google or Meta?

No, and deliberately not. We have no hiring data, no view of any particular team's bar in any particular quarter, and no way to observe the outcome — so a percentage chance would be invented, and invented about your career. What it measures is how much of our published evidence standard for the role you currently hold, which is something you and we can both check.

Where does the standard come from?

Each role has a published evidence specification on its /become page: the things a person has to be able to show, each weighted by how much it moves a hiring decision. It is the same spec whether or not you run this tool, and it does not change based on who is asking.

Do I need an account or an email?

Accepted Answer

No. The score, the band and your ranked gaps all render on the page. An email gets you the fuller version — what you hold, what is missing heaviest first, and the tracks that close each gap — in something you can keep.

What if I already hold everything?

Accepted Answer

Then the gap is presentation rather than capability, and the tool says so. A strong portfolio that nobody can navigate still fails the screen.
