Run TRACE on your product
Capture what your product does, read the traces for failures, cluster and rank them, build a small must-pass checklist, and ship at least one fix. Path A is enough to pass. Path B (stretch): annotate in Braintrust/Langfuse and/or write an engineer brief for Codify/Enforce.
Done when
- You have reviewed the Harmony sample pack (20 traces) and/or 15-20 of your own product outputs
- You have a ranked short list of the failures that matter most
- You have a small binary must-pass checklist (≥5 cases)
- You have shipped at least one fix (product change or sample-bot prompt/reply rewrite)
Submit in Maven: Your top failure and the fix you made.
