Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. Who we are & definitions

"Company", "we", "us" means SnapDrum Ltd, trading as The AI Internship, registered in England & Wales (No. 16337045) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

"Website" means https://theaiinternship.com and its subdomains.

"Services" means the products we currently offer: (a) TAI for Teams — AI training, enablement, and workflow-transformation services for companies, delivered under a proposal or statement of work; (b) the TAI Career platform — a software subscription of AI-powered career tools; (c) TAI Career Coaching — private 1:1 coaching engagements; (d) Live Programs — cohort-based courses and certifications, some of which are hosted and sold on Maven (maven.com); and (e) free tools and content available on the Website.

"Customer", "you" means the individual or company purchasing or using a Service.

Note: The AI Internship’s former paid internship-placement programme has been retired and is no longer offered. Historic references to internship placement, placement guarantees, or partner startups do not describe any current Service. Terms accepted by participants of that former programme continue to govern those historic engagements only.

2. TAI Career subscription

  • The TAI Career platform is offered on a free tier (with daily usage limits on AI tools) and a paid Member subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14-day right to cancel from purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By using paid features during that period you request immediate supply and acknowledge that any refund may be reduced proportionally to the service already supplied.
  • We may change subscription pricing with notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Existing subscribers are not moved to a higher price without prior notice and the ability to cancel first.

3. AI tools and outputs

  • Our tools use third-party AI models to generate content (for example CV feedback, interview questions, and cover letters). AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; they are provided for information and practice only and are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing anything you submit to employers or other third parties.
  • You retain your rights in the materials you upload (such as CVs). You grant us the licence necessary to process them to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Fair use applies: usage limits protect the Service, and automated scraping, bulk resale of outputs, or circumvention of free-tier limits is not permitted.

4. TAI for Teams & custom programs

  • Company engagements (workshops, cohorts, per-employee platform subscriptions, and enablement services) are governed by the proposal, order form, or statement of work agreed with the Customer, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
  • Prices shown on the Website for team offerings are indicative starting points; final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing.
  • Workshop and cohort dates may be rescheduled by agreement, and equivalent instructors may be substituted where necessary.

5. Coaching & live programs

  • TAI Career Coaching consists of scheduled 1:1 sessions; missed sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Coaching provides guidance and preparation — no employment outcome is promised or guaranteed.
  • Programs purchased on Maven (including the AI Engineering Bootcamp and coaching engagements processed via Maven) are additionally subject to Maven’s own terms and refund policy, including the Maven Guarantee where offered.
  • Certificates we issue attest to completion of the relevant course or assessment only.

6. Accounts & acceptable use

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a Service, and you must provide accurate account information.
  • You may not misuse the Services: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no sharing of paid access, and no use that infringes others’ rights.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with refund treatment appropriate to the circumstances.

7. Intellectual property

  • Course materials, platform software, and Website content are owned by the Company or its licensors. Individual customers receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for their own learning; team customers receive the licence set out in their agreement.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish paid materials without written permission.

8. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
  • Subject to that, our total liability arising from a Service is capped at the amount you paid for that Service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity (including employment outcomes).
  • The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care but otherwise "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. General

  • Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the Website (and by email to active subscribers) and apply prospectively.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
  • Questions: hello@theaiinternship.com.
